It's 2011!

Well...It's 2011! Hope everyone had a safe and happy New Year's.

What did you learn in 2010? Did you make a "New Year's Resolutions List" for 2011?

Thinking back over the 2010 year, and this is what I learned:
1) Life is short, always unpredictable, and very unfair at times.
2) Friends and family are the most important things--make sure they know it.
3) Feelings and emotions can be temporary - regrets can be forever.
4) I'm glad 2010 is over.

The plus side for 2010 was....I lost almost 130 pounds. (Although over the holiday season I managed to re-gain about 5 pounds - but, I'm going to take that back off.)

My New Year's Resolutions list goes something like this:
1) Lose 50 pounds by June 30.
2) Tell myself to "Let It Roll" and start living for ME.
3) Sign up for Zumba classes this summer.
4) Choose the cause that is closest to my heart and participate in helping out in some way.
5)

My list remains open at this time as I will allow myself to add to it as I think of things I want to accomplish this year.
